Here’s how the challenge works:
Cost of participation is $2.00
$2.00 must be paid by the last day of the 3rd week in order to qualify for the grand prize
You can pay me directly in class, or pay here:
The challenge runs for 4 weeks
Every time you complete an item on the list you’ll check it off
For every checkmark you make, you earn 5 points
Each week is worth 200 points*
The person with the most points at the end of the 4 weeks will win the grand prize.
(Prize will be announced after dues are collected at the end of the 3rd week)

and I will send you a copy of the pdf file.
Here is what you'll be keeping track of each day:
Drink 64 oz of water (5 points)
Doing 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise (5 points)
Doing strength training (5 points)
Taking time to yourself/Meditation (5 points)
Writing in your Journal (5 points)
Choosing to eat healthy (5 points)
*each week is worth 200 points because one day a week you'll take a break from cardio and strength training. (Sunday)
